(ST. JOSEPH, Mo.) After a key scene of Holiday Park had two figures stolen, a sponsor of the Nativity Scene stepped up to make it whole again.
“Sometime during the evening, someone came into the park, removed and cut the mesh that was in front of the display, and stole Joseph and the baby Jesus,” Assistant Director of the St. Joseph Parks and Recreation Department Jeff Atkins explained. “They also stole the sheep too.”
Atkins said Joseph and the sheep were eventually found, however they were not in the best condition…
