38-year-old Cyrus Jenkins, who was known to the victim, was located on Sunday and taken into custody without incident.
The stabbing happened in the area of 11th Ave. NW and 7th St. SW.
When first responders arrived, they began performing life-saving efforts on the victim before transporting her to a local hospital where she later died.…
