A 21-year-old local man is accused of stabbing another person with a 2-foot sword and cutting the victim’s hand in Manchester, police said Wednesday.
Gavin Brown of Manchester was arrested and charged with first degree assault with a deadly weapon following the stabbing on Monday, police said in a statement. He was placed on preventative detention pending his arraignment.
At approximately 2:50 p.m. Monday, police responded to a stabbing at a Hill Street home.
