HAMPSTEAD, N.H. — Hampstead Hospital leadership addressed state lawmakers Friday about their efforts to turn the page after the last two years, when the youth mental health facility was in the spotlight after a string of at-times violent patient outbursts.
Some incidents led to police being called. At least one ended with a staff member being sent to a hospital.
