MANCHESTER, N.H. — Watch for slippery conditions as the temperatures remain close to freezing early this morning. A strong system moves in today with the potential for heavy rain and gusty winds.
Any early mixing over to a steady rain as the southerly breeze starts increasing. It will turn very mild later this afternoon in southern New Hampshire as temperatures approach 60 degrees (it will be much cooler north of Concord.) There may be a brief round of strong wind gusts between 4-8pm as a front comes through. 2-3+” of rain is possible with this system. A flood watch is posted for today into Thursday morning.
