SALINAS, Calif. — On Sunday afternoon, family, friends and loved ones filled the streets of Salinas chanting the name Arelie Garcia.
It has been two years since a Salinas woman left her apartment in the morning and was never seen again. Her family hopes to keep awareness around her disappearance alive in hopes of finding her.
