Frank Stout, 49, is running for Ward 3 commissioner on the Cambridge City Council. Stout is a former educator who is currently in the utility industry. He was on the Cambridge City Council as the Ward 3 commissioner from 2008 through 2012. He is married.
Question: Why are you running?
Answer: Cambridge has been and continues to be a city with limitless potential. The city is now also at a point with an unprecedented opportunity to redevelop our extraordinary waterfront. There are multiple stakeholder groups actively working on bringing a community-supported vision to reality. It would be a privilege to be a part of that effort and help bring another jewel to our community. Like any city, Cambridge also has its challenges. I care about our residents, and I want to help address the challenges as well…
