Last week was a big week for the Utah secondary, especially for younger players like Cameron Calhoun who came down with his first career interception. Calhoun was close to coming down with an interception during the Baylor game but it went through his hands. Last week he made sure that wasn’t the case.
“It felt great to get the pick, I expect plays to come to me, I’ll be happy once I get like, 10 picks in one season. So right now, it’s just I got a pick, that’s a good play. Now it’s down to the next play and try to just help this team get more wins,” Calhoun said.
Calhoun missed time this summer and early fall with an injury but upon reflecting, he feels that it was something that is going to pay off…
