SOUTH JORDAN — Fire crews worked to put out a fire near 9957 S Birdie Way Sunday morning.
At approximately 7:45 a.m., smoke and flames were emitting from the home, according to Ryan Lessner with the South Jordan Fire Department.
The two occupants of the home were reportedly evacuated and were unharmed. The home sustained significant damage, Lessner said, most notably in the attic and the roof which was partially collapsed. Lessner said the home would “likely be a total loss.”…
