SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Issuing or canceling an AMBER Alert is a decision law enforcement does not take lightly.
Chris Bertram, a retired deputy chief of police, knows this all too well. According to Bertram, it’s a process that requires several criteria to be met.
