SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah ( ABC4 ) — A 65-year-old man has been reported missing out of South Salt Lake, according to South Salt Lake Police.
At around 4:30 p.m. on March 15, Allen David Johnson, 65, reportedly voluntarily checked himself out of a medical rehabilitation facility in the area of 450 East 2700 South in South Salt Lake.
