SAN ANGELO, Texas — Spherion San Angelo hosted its “January Job Jump-Start” hiring event on Wednesday, Dec. 8, hoping to pair people on the employment hunt with the job they want.
Along with on-the-spot interviews, breakfast was provided at the event, along with a chance to spin the wheel for a chance to win prizes. The vice president of operations said, to get people on the job, time is of the essence.
“We know people’s times are important, and so, we’re ready and here to help them get started with their new job, their new assignment,” Veronica Madrigal said. “So, it’s important for us to take care of them while they’re here and they don’t have to keep coming back.”…
