( KRON ) — DoorDash recently rolled out a new set of updates that prevent users from filing inaccurate claims against its delivery drivers, otherwise known as Dashers.
According to DoorDash, despite “the vast majority of consumers” doing “the right thing,” users sometimes file a false report claiming their order was shorted or never delivered.
“There may be times when a consumer makes a report that turns out to be inaccurate or even more rarely makes a false report,” DoorDash said, claiming they already have safeguards in place to help protect Dashers from being wrongly accused…
