San Marcos Police Seeking Public’s Aid in Identifying Suspects in $1,000 Target Theft Spree

The San Marcos Police Department is currently on the lookout for two women implicated in separate theft incidents at a downtown San Marcos Target store. Detailed in reports by both FOX 7 Austin and My Texas Daily, these incidents took place on December 10 and December 20, resulting in a theft of merchandise valued over $1,000 combined.

The first of these thefts occurred on the tenth of December, where the suspects are said to have exited the store with more than $600 of unpurchased goods. “The women loaded the items into a tan GMC Yukon with the license plate number FSS9839 and left the store,” reported FOX 7 Austin. The suspects are accused of repeating a similar offense on December 20, again helping themselves to merchandise, this time exceeding $400 in value. They were seen leaving in the same GMC Yukon, documented by the police.

San Marcos Police have taken the initiative to ask for public aid in identifying the two women involved.
