SANDUSKY — A protest march to City Hall is planned for 4 p.m. today in response to the arrest last month of a man who was punched and electroshocked with a Taser after resisting arrest, charging an officer and turning the Taser on police.

The organizer is calling it a march against police brutality.
“This is not against the city of Sandusky police,” Sheba “Courtney” De Reyna, an organizer of the march said in a social media video clip. “The march is to raise awareness of police brutality from certain officers. We want to make sure that our rights are protected and not endangered when they are in the middle of a mental health crisis.”…
