Nonprofit donates toys to advocacy center

PORT CLINTON — The Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center recently received a toy delivery from voices4victims, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of violence and abuse.

“This donation of 35 bags of toys aims to bring joy and comfort to children who are currently facing challenging circumstances, providing them with a moment of holiday cheer,” according to a nonprofit statement. “In collaboration with local donors, volunteers and community partners, voices4victims has gathered a wide range of toys to meet the needs of children of all ages.”

These gifts — which include educational toys, stuffed animals and art supplies — will be distributed to children who visit the center during the holiday season…
