OREM, Utah, Jan. 7, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) — A man already being investigated for fraudulent charges on financial cards believed stolen from workers at the Orem Temple now faces new, related charges.
Alexander Cedillo Herrera, 35, faces third-degree felony charges for alleged:
- Burglary
- Theft/deception valued at $1,500-$4,999
- Unlawful acquire/possess/transfer financial card
- Unlawful use of financial card valued at $1,500-$4,999
Fraudulent charges newly discovered by the card owner, who said he used that card infrequently, included more than $2,000 spent at the Apple Store in Murray and $1.60 spent at a Maverick gas station in Orem.
