SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Detectives from the Utah County Major Crimes task force have executed multiple search warrants over the past two days, targeting two fentanyl distribution groups operated by foreign nationals. The operations were conducted in the Salt Lake County area, aiming to curb the flow of drugs into Utah County homes.
The task force seized over 32,000 fentanyl pills, more than $14,000 in cash, approximately one pound of heroin, as well as cocaine, marijuana, and THC vapes, according to a press release from the Utah County Major Crimes task force.
