Temps this afternoon ranged from the mid-60s to the triple digits. We are tracking strong to severe thunderstorms this evening. There is a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect until 10 p.m. MDT/ 11 p.m. CDT for eastern New Mexico and portions of the Texas Panhandle. There is also a Flood Watch in effect until 6 a.m. MDT/ 7 a.m. CDT for the same areas as the Severe Thunderstorm Watch.
