Christmas was over, but that didn’t stop a thief from helping himself to some decorations.
Española Veterans Memorial Wall Commission past president Chris Archuleta said surveillance cameras in the area caught the thief in action around 1:24 p.m. Jan. 2, taking three wreaths that were hanging from the fence around the Veterans Memorial Wall at the Plaza de Española.
