Run by wife-and-husband team Amelia and James Gay, Living Green offers microgreens, herbs, edible flowers, and edible leaves from high-quality, non-GMO seeds. These locally grown tiny sprouts are harvested daily and cut for you right here. And oh, what a variety: broccoli, cauliflower, fenugreek, radish, pea shoot, oriental mustard, fava bean — the list goes on!
