NOKOMIS — A Nokomis automotive parts distributor reached a settlement with federal agencies for Clean Air Act violations.
White’s Diesel Performance Inc. came to the settlement with the EPA and Department of Justice, according to a news release from the federal organizations Friday.
According to the news release, White’s Diesel was cited for “for failing to respond to an EPA information request, selling illegal ‘defeat devices’ designed to render automobile emission controls inoperative, and tampering with emission controls of motor vehicles.”…
