BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) A 17-year-old in Bryan County is dead after a car crash last month, and now, some in the community are concerned the accident is part of a larger issue.
The crash happened on Wilma Edwards Road, killing Colby Minis and forever changing his family’s life.
