SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Georgia Red Cross is getting a big boost as they start a brand new program to help folks here in Chatham County.
Atlanta Gas Light is giving $1 million to help start the Community Adaptation Program (CAP) in Chatham County. This is the first time the Red Cross is launching this program in Georgia. There are currently only 17 other counties in the nation with a similar program.
