Watervliet Police were able to locate and arrest Delgado with assistance from the Albany Police Department. He now faces the following charges:
- Second-degree burglary
- Third-degree robbery
- Fourth-degree grand larceny
According to police, Delgado is currently serving a two-year term of probation stemming from a weapons conviction back in April. He was arraigned at Watervliet City Court and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
