Bacon and Brew Fest returns to Gloversville

GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Move aside pork and beans — make way for bacon and beer! The Gloversville Recreation Commission will be hosting the annual Bacon and Brew Fest at their new location at Trail Station Park on September 28.

The yearly festival will offer a vast array of bacon-oriented culinary creations, ranging from bacon smashburgers and bacon-wrapped deviled eggs, to maple bacon muffins and mini waffles. The event will feature a beer garden with beverages by Stump City Brewing, Frog Alley Brewing, and Mean Max Brew Works.

Patrons can also peruse an eclectic vendor fair and enjoy live music performances by Insolent Willies, Skitchin’, and BurnsMoore Bridge. The festival is set to run from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
