MESA (AZFamily) — The oohs, ahhs and spooky boos fill Osage Avenue in Mesa every night in October.
The Santa Rita Ranch neighborhood, near Guadalupe and Signal Butte Roads, has been dubbed “Halloween Town,” with homeowners flaunting their hauntings for hundreds of families.
