MESA, Ariz. — The TikTok creator who was posted a video of himself spraying bug killer on produce at a Mesa Walmart has been indicted for multiple criminal offenses.
Charles Smith, 27, was arrested last month after he allegedly posted and then deleted a controversial video of himself tainting the food at a local grocery store. Smith allegedly told police he makes money filming videos of “pranks” and posting them on social media.
The suspect’s TikTok page with 300,000 followers was taken down around the time of Smith’s arrest. The stunt allegedly caused about $900 worth of damages to the East Valley store…
