VERO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An investigation into the death of a man who was struck by a Brightline train in Vero Beach on Tuesday afternoon found that he had been wearing headphones at the time.
Witnesses told investigators, the man, who was identified as Bryan De Paz Vazquez, went under the lowered railroad arm and tried running across the track.
