9:15 a.m.: Gary Gene Brown Jr, 55, of the 1000 block of East Fourth Street was arrested after detectives with the Crime Resolution Unit conducted a search warrant. Methamphetamine, stolen items, and drug packaging supplies were located. Brown was placed on a 24-hour hold at the Pettis County Jail pending charges of delivery – manufacture of a controlled substance, drug possession, stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:28 p.m.: Veronica Rafael, 45, of the 1000 block of West Third Street was arrested after an investigative traffic stop at Second Street and Ohio Avenue. The driver did not have a valid license and Rafael was placed under transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released…
