ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KFVS) – The State of Missouri will carry out the sentence of Marcellus Williams, according to an order by the Supreme Court of Missouri.
Williams is set to be executed at 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 24 at the Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center at Bonne Terre, Missouri, for the 1998 murder of Felicia Gayle.
He has always maintained he is not guilty of the crime but his appeals in the state and federal courts have all been unsuccessful…
