Severn (WBFF) — A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning with a stolen handgun following a traffic stop in Anne Arundel County, according to officials.
Police say on December 12 around 4:20 a.m., while on patrol in the area of Annapolis Road and Ridge Road, an officer saw a blue Mazda CX5 speeding.
