Jimmy Carter honored in Washington, D.C.

He was a man of dignity and character . That’s how President Joe Biden described President Jimmy Carter as he delivered the eulogy at the 39th president’s state funeral. Carter was remembered in the Washington National Cathedral by family, friends, top political allies, faith leaders and Americans who braved the snow and ice in the nation’s capital to pay their respects.
