BALTIMORE — Parts of Maryland are finally thawing out from the deep freeze and brutal winds that settled over the last several days. Marylanders will still need to bundle up, but the winds have eased.
With a full day of sunshine, the Baltimore region will reach above-freezing temperatures. On Friday morning, temperatures will start in the teens and low 20s and will moderate through the weekend. Highs will reach the mid 30s and low 40s.
