Over the summer, the Lottery novice said that she was out with family at Quincy’s Bar & Grille in Gaithersburg – a place they regularly frequent – but on July 19, they did something different.
At the urging of her family, the woman said that she was coaxed into purchasing a $2 ticket for the drawing after being initially reluctant.
