KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — McGhee Tyson Airport is permanently closing one of its parking lots to make way for new construction.
The airport announced Wednesday the surface lot is permanently closed for construction on the parking garage expansion and terminal roadway improvement project.
Parking is still available in the garage, Terminal A and B lots as well as the Economy C lot. Airport officials encouraged travelers to visit their website before they arrive for their flights…
