Murfreesboro police arrest 3 people accused of stealing pickup truck

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Murfreesboro officers arrested three people who ran after bailing from a stolen pickup truck Monday afternoon.

According to a spokesperson for the Murfreesboro Police Department, the Real Time Crime Center had alerted officers to a pickup truck that was reportedly stolen from Kentucky.

Authorities reportedly saw the Chevrolet Silverado near Lytle and Middle Tennessee Boulevard. The driver sped away and nearly hit other drivers before driving through the parking lot of the Mason Lodge on Southeast Broad. The vehicle stopped with a flat tire in the parking lot of a condo complex.
