PHILADELPHIA – One person was hurt when investigators say they were attacked by a group of dogs Thursday night in Philadelphia.
One of the dogs was captured and four still remain on the loose, animal welfare workers told FOX 29.
The attack happened around midnight on Greenland Drive in West Philadelphia. One officer fired his weapon, but no dogs were hit.…
