Burbank’s Measure ABC, a bond designed to generate revenue to repair and renovate Burbank’s aging public school facilities, has passed with broad support from voters.
Nearly 64% of voters favored the measure, which will generate $458,205,000 over 12 years to finance the upgrades, making health, safety and security improvements, modernizing and renovating classrooms and school facilities, updating outdated electrical, plumbing, HVAC and sewer infrastructure and replacing leaky roofs.
