The Madison Bulldogs football team hits the midway point of the season tonight, with as many wins already as they had all of last season. Madison takes a 3-1 record into Bob Young Field to take on #1 Sioux Falls Christian this evening.
Madison has won their last two games, including a week ago with a 28-7 win over Vermillion. The Bulldogs picked off 4 passes in that game, including two from Shane Vennhof, who was playing his first game of the season after an injury. Head coach Joe Bundy says the defense being healthy will be a huge boost tonight against the Chargers.
Sioux Falls Christian is 4-0, and coming off a 49-7 win over Canton. The Chargers threw for 359 yards in that win over the previously unbeaten C-Hawks. The week prior they ran for over 200 yards against Lennox. …
