SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – The suspect who was arrested Tuesday after an officer-involved shooting and a pursuit on I-29 has been criminally charged.
25-year-old Samir Yasser Albaidhani of Sioux Falls is facing a charge for attempted first-degree murder of a law enforcement officer, two charges for aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer and committing a felony carrying a firearm.
These charges stem from a shooting that took place in west Sioux Falls on Tuesday afternoon.
