SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) — Though we’ve dealt with some spotty showers and a windy day across much of the region, it hasn’t been an awful day for the region. The wind, however, won’t be going away too quickly.
A wind advisory remains in effect for central and eastern KELOLAND through 7 pm CDT/6 pm MDT Sunday evening. Gusts may reach and exceed 50 mph at times. This, combined with dry vegetation, will keep fire weather concerns on the elevated side of things.
