NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man was arrested on for robbing one person and trying to rob another on Saturday, according to Metro Nashville police.
MNPD said Marquis Douglas, 42, has been charged with aggravated robbery, attempted aggravated robbery, gun theft, gun possession in the commission of a dangerous felony, and evading arrest.
Douglas reportedly robbed a 20-year-old Vanderbilt student at gunpoint just before 7 a.m. near 32nd Avenue and Orleans Drive, said MNPD. She told police that a man came up behind her, put a gun to her back and demanded her belongings…
