LYNN – A probable cause hearing for Malachi Wright-Godfrey, 18, who was arrested for allegedly bringing a loaded gun to Lynn Classical High School, has been scheduled for Jan. 22.
According to the office of Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker, Wright-Godfrey was arrested by the Lynn Police Department and arraigned in Lynn District Court last Friday. He is charged with six counts, which include carrying a loaded firearm without a license, carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds, possession of a large-capacity firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, and assault and battery on a public employee.
Wright-Godfrey has pled not guilty to all charges and was ordered to be held without bail…
