MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department is investigating an attempted kidnapping that nearly led to the abduction of a student at Manassas High School.
Around 1:20 p.m., MPD received a call from Manassas High School regarding an attempted kidnapping of one of their 12th-grade students.
