It’s a signature part of Greenville’s homes landscape: beautiful, mid-century neighborhoods with large lots and established homes. But without updates, many of those homes are stuck in time and no longer meet the needs of a new generation of owners.
That’s the scenario Sarah Sain of Sain Homes encountered with a brick ranch that homeowner Lauren Hein loved but found inefficient. Hein, Task location showroom manager with Clayton Tile, has worked with Sain on a variety of projects through Clayton Tile and Sain Homes, as well as through the HBA’s Professional Women in Building Council. Hein says Sain was able to make her vision a reality, including the serene yellow kitchen.
