On and off scattered showers continue around the region Monday night into Tuesday. Tuesday night, the next large band of rain arrives. It is expected to stick around into Wednesday. Rainfall totals could crest a quarter of an inch.

With temperatures above average — highs in the upper-40s and lows in the upper-30s — the snow level will remain high. Washington Pass and Sherman Pass will receive winter weather driving impacts. Stevens Pass and Lookout Pass will see snow, but likely a wet snow that has trouble accumulating on roadways…
