SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WICS) — Assistant Chief Joe Behl of the Springfield Police Department has graduated from the 293rd session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
This prestigious program is completed by less than one percent of law enforcement officers nationwide.
The internationally recognized academy provides elite training in leadership, communication, and fitness, preparing law enforcement professionals for executive roles.
