DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF)– The Dayton Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating Tiara Bines, 24, and her three-month old son, who went missing Monday night. According to Major Brian Johns, Bines was last seen wearing bright green or yellow pants, along with a pink puffy jacket.
