CleanArc Launches Ambitious 600MW Data Center Campus in Virginia

CleanArc Data Centers has officially announced its first large-scale project: a 650-acre campus in Caroline County, Virginia. Designed to support the hyperscale and AI industries, the CleanArc VA1 campus will deliver over 600MW of data center capacity upon full build-out. The initial 200MW is expected by Q3 2026, with an additional 300MW projected by mid-2027.

“We’re bringing scalable, sustainable infrastructure to the heart of the world’s largest data center market,” CleanArc shared in a LinkedIn post.

The renderings on CleanArc’s website depict six state-of-the-art buildings at the VA1 campus. The company is partnering with energy providers to incorporate renewable energy solutions, including wind and solar, ensuring a greener data infrastructure.

Strategic Growth Backed by Key Investments

CleanArc, founded in early 2022 by clean energy investment firm 547 Energy, has rapidly advanced its vision with the support of private equity firm Snowhawk LP.
